Chicken Balls In Daikon Soup
Ingredients
For Chicken Balls
Chicken Mince ½ kg
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Japanese Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
White Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
For Soup
Chicken Stock ½ liter
Japanese Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
White Pepper Powder ½ tsp
Daikon 1
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Lemon 1
Salt to taste
Method
For chicken balls: Take a chopper add ½ kg of chicken mince, 1 tsp of garlic paste ,1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper , 2tbsp of Japanese soya sauce ,1 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tsp of white vinegar and add to taste salt mix it well and make small balls and set aside. For soup: Take a cooking pan add ½ liter of chicken stock boil the chicken stock, add 1 daikon pieces boil it well till the daikon is soft and take it out the daikon pieces and add chicken balls in the stock and cook till its tender and done now when the chicken balls is done add daikon pieces. Now add 2 tbsp of Japanese soya sauce , 1 tsp of lemon juice, ½ tsp of white pepper powder and add to taste salt mix it well. At last garnish with 1 lemon zest mix it well take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
