Chicken Barley by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
Chicken (Boneless) 500gm
Barley 2 cup
Garlic (Crushed) 2 tbsp
Tomato (Slice) 2 pc
Capsicum (finely chopped) 1 pc
Coriander (Finely chopped) 2-3 tbsp
Green Chili (Finely chopped) 2-3 pc
Black Pepper (Crushed) 1 tsp
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
Olive Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken into slices.
  2. Now add oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, black pepper crushed, Salt and olive oils then grill it.
  3. In a pan, add olive oil, onion and garlic.
  4. Fry it for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now add barley & chicken stock and cook it.
  6. Then add salt, water & tender parley and cook it.
  7. When barley is ready then place it out in plate & garnish it with grill chicken & sprinkle coriander.
  8. Serve it.
