Ingredients:
- Chicken leg cut in pieces 1kg
- All spice 2tbsp
- Carom 2tbsp
- Black salt 1tsp
- Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
- Mustard oil ½ cup
- Salt 1tsp
- Coal 1piece
- Raw papaya chopped 150gm
- Red chili powder 1tbsp
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl except oil.
- Now light coal and give smoke to the chicken.
- Now add oil and marinate chicken for 6 to 8 hours.
- Now put chicken on skewers and fry for 5 min.
- Now cover and cook 5 min.
- Now uncover and cook on high flame for 5 min and serve .
