Ingredients:
- Chicken One kg 12 pieces
- Onion finally chopped half cup
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Oil quarter cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp heaped
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Suree pepper sauce 1 cup
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and butter; add crush garlic, chopped onion fry till light pink.
- Add salt black pepper, and 1 cup water, cover and cook till tender, add in pepper sauce, lastly fresh cream, serve with dinner rolls,
