Chicken black pepper by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken One kg 12 pieces
  • Onion finally chopped half cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Oil quarter cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Suree pepper sauce 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil and butter; add crush garlic, chopped onion fry till light pink.
  2. Add salt black pepper, and 1 cup water, cover and cook till tender, add in pepper sauce, lastly fresh cream, serve with dinner rolls,
