Chicken Breast with Asparagus Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Chicken
1 Egg
½ Cup All Purpose Flour
Salt to taste
½ Cup Oil
½ Spoon Black Pepper
2 Lemons
½ Cup Capers
Red Chilies
Brown Sugar
Lemon Juice
½ Cup Peas
Method:
1. Beat the egg in a bowl and mix flour to make a paste. Add pepper, salt and lemon.
2. Roll the chicken breast in the batter and fry on a low flame until brown. Keep aside on a paper
3. Mix Asparagus and brown sugar in a pan and add lemon juice, salt and chilies. Cook on low heat for few minutes. Fry peas with black pepper, salt and lemon.
Serve Chicken with Asparagus and sauce and garnish with peas salad.
