Chicken Casserole Recipe by Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings

Ingredients:
Chicken                    1
Water                    4 cups
Ketchup                    ½ cup
Pepper                    1 tsp
Chilly Powder                1 tsp
Mustard Powder            1 tsp
Spaghetti (boiled)            2 cups
Egg (beaten)                1
Cheddar Cheese (grated)    4 tbsp
Garlic                    1 tsp
Flour                    2 tbsp
Onion (chopped)            1
Stock                    2 cups
Boiled Egg                1-2
Capsicum                1
Worcestershire Sauce        2 tbsp
For White Sauce:
Butter                    2 oz
Flour                    2 oz
Stock                    1 cup
Salt                        ½ tsp
Pepper                    ½ tsp
Mustard                     ½ tsp

Method:
Boil chicken in 4 cups water with salt, till its tender, remove and shred the chicken, Keep it aside.
Heat oil, fry onions till light golden, add ketchup and stock with rest of the seasonings, capsicums and shredded chicken. Cook till gravy is thick.
Grease a Pyrex dish, spread chicken mixture, boiled eggs, spaghetti, pour white sauce all over the chicken, sprinkle grated chedder cheese.  Lastly pour beaten egg evenly and white sauce again. Bake it for 20 min and serve.
