Ingredients:
- Puff Pastry 250 gram
- Ingredients for chicken filling:
- Cooked Chicken 2 cup
- Onion (chopped) 1
- Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Sweet Corn ½ can
- Cheddar Cheese (grated) ½ cup
- Milk 2 cups
- Flour 2 tbsp heaped
- Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 oz
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
Method:
- Roll the puff pastry into a 9 inch round and cut strips in the rest of pastry.
- Apply egg wash on the pastry prick with fork put the strips all around to make an edge.
- And bake at 200 degrees for 10 min. Remove from oven.
- Cool spread the filling and cheese.
- Again bake for 15 min.
Method for filling:
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add crushed garlic and onions, fry for 2 min;
- add 2 cups chicken, flour, milk, seasonings, chili garlic sauce, sweet corn lastly coriander, cheese
