Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Boiled white chickpeas ½ kg
- Chopped onions 3-4
- Black peppercorns 4-5
- Cinnamon 1
- Black cardamom 1
- Cloves 2-3
- Chopped ginger 2-3
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chilies 5-6
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Chopped garlic cloves 2
- Whole coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, add onions sauté till golden.
- Then add peppercorns, cloves, cardamom, garlic, sauté add water.
- Then add chicken and sauté till colour changes.
- Add salt, let chicken cook.
- Add chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, add boiled chickpeas and let cook.
- Sprinkle garam masala powder and serve.
