Ingredients:
- Boiled Egg Noodles 1 packet
- Boneless Chicken (Cubes) 250 grams
- Prawns 250 grams
- Finely Chopped Onion 1
- Capsicum 1
- Spring Onion 2-3 strands
- Cabbage (Slices ) ½ cup
- Soya Sauce 3tbsp
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Garlic (Chopped) 2-3
- Finely Chopped Ginger 1 inch piece
- Finely Chopped Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Stock 2 cups
- Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a cooking pan add water bring to boil when its boiling add 1 packet of egg noodles, 2 tbsp of oil and boil for 5 minutes then take it out and wash it with cold water and set aside.
- Now take a cooking pan oil, heat the oil and add ½ packet of boiled egg noodles and fry.
- Now take it out in a serving platter then spread boiled egg noodles and add crispy noodles.
- Take a cooking pan add 4 tbsp of oil add 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 inch piece of finely chopped ginger fry for 2-3 minutes then add 250 grams of chicken and fry 2-3 minutes, then add 250 grams of prawns stir fry 2-3 minutes.
- Now add 3 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 1/3 tsp of Chinese salt, and to taste salt.
- Add 2 cups chicken stock mix it well when its almost boiling add 1 capsicum, 2-3 strands of spring onion cook 3-5 minutes add 2 tbsp of corn flour dissolve into some water add little little and keep stirring when the sauce is thicken add it the top of the noodles.
- At last garnish with spring onion and serve it.
