Ingredients:
- Chicken Fillet 4
- Noodles ½ packet
- Finely Chopped Cauliflower 1 small
- Finely Chopped Capsicum 2
- Fresh Red Chilies 6-8
- Finely Chopped Carrots 2
- Salt to taste
- Soya Sauce 3 tbsp
- White Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Chicken Cube Flour 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Green Onion Leaves ½ cup
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Onions 1
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Bean Sprouts 1 cup
- Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- First wash 4 chicken fillet slices and put them in a drainer.
- Now in a bowl add fillets, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar,1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp corn flour and salt as required, mix them and keep them for 5 minutes.
- Then in a pan heat water and add ½ packet noodles and 1 tbsp oil and boil them.
- When it’s done then drain them in a drainer and wash them with cold water and again grease them.
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Then add 1 finely chopped onions and make them brown.
- Then cook Masala filled fillet slices and add 1 small chopped cauliflower, 2 finely chopped capsicums and 2 finely chopped carrots.
- Mix all the vegetables and add noodles in it.
- Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar, a bit of salt, 1 tbsp chicken cube flour and 1 tsp crushed black pepper and stir fry it for a while.
- Then add sesame oil in it.
- At the time of serving, add ½ cup finely chopped onion leaves and 1 tsp bean sprouts.
