Ingredients:
- Rice 2 cups
- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- Spring Onion Leaves (chopped) 1 cup
- Lemons 2
- Cayenne 4
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Wash and soak rice, remove the water and boil rice in fresh water. Leave it to simmer
- Boil cayenne with vinegar and little water.
- Grind boiled cayenne with cumin and coriander seeds. Make a fine chutney.
- In a wok add oil, ginger garlic paste and fry , now add chicken with chutney and fry well
- When oil starts appearing on the surface, mix in rice and stir well. Add lemon juice.
- Garnish with green chilies, coriander leaves and serve
