Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Tomatoes blended 2cup
- Lemon 2
- Vinegar ½ cup
- Garlic cloves 2
- Garlic 1piece
- Curry leaves 2
- Onion 2
- Capsicum 2
- Potatoes 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Nutmeg as required
- Mace as required
- Green chilies as required
- Cardamom 2to3
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Garam Masala ½ tsp
- Coriander powder ½ tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Rice 3cup
- Olive oil as required
- Cumin grinded 1tsp
Method:
- In a pan, add 1 cup of water, chicken,vinegar, lemons ,salt and boil it.
- When dries the water, add tomato paste, garlic , ginger, garam masala powder, red chilli powder , olive oil, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder and cook for 10 minutes.
- In separate pan, add potatoes, capsicum, onion,tomatoes and chicken.
- Then add nutmeg, mace , cardamom, coriander leaves, green chillies and boiled rice.
- Now in a water add saffron and dissolve it.
- Then add in chicken and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
