Ingredients:
- Chicken (14 Pieces) 1 ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- All Spices as required
- Green Chilies 4
- Garlic 6 Cloves
- Chopped onions 8
- Red Chilies 8
- Dry Mango Pieces 4-5
- Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
- Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan, add in 1 cup oil and add in chopped onions.
- Fry till transparent.
- Add in chicken.
- Add in 1 tsp turmeric and salt and cook in its own water.
- Cook it and add in fried onion, 1 cup yogurt, 2 tbsp chopped ginger and garlic, red chilies, and all spies.
- Cook it on a low flame.
- When the water dries, cook it and add in green chilies.
