Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 2
- Potato (grated) 1 large
- Egg 1+1
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Black pepper half tsp
- Crush red pepper half tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Rice flour half cup
Method:
- In a chopper put chicken, potato, salt pepper, crush red pepper, egg, lemon juice and rice flour, mix all well.
- Make into portions, roll each portion in to bread crumbs, and roll to give a shape of fries and Deep fry.
