Chicken Fritters

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken (Strips)                                               300 grams
  • Garlic Paste                                                                         1 tbsp
  • Worcester Sauce                                                               2 tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper                                                     ½ tsp
  • White Pepper Powder                                                     ½ tsp
  • Vinegar                                                                                 2 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Chili                                                    ½ tsp
  • Egg                                                                                         1-2
  • Oregano                                                                               ½ tsp
  • Rosemary                                                                             ½ tsp
  • White Bread or Bread Crumbs                            as required
  • Oil                                                                                          for frying
  • Salt                                                                                         to taste
  • Vegetables                                                                          for garnish

Method:

  1. Take 300 grams of chicken strips add 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  2. Add ½ tsp of crushed black pepper ,1/2 tsp of white pepper powder, 2 tbsp of vinegar.
  3. Add ½ tsp of crushed red chili powder, ½ tsp of oregano, ½ tsp of rosemary, and add to taste salt.
  4. Now take 1-2 eggs add as required white bread crumbs or normal bread crumbs coat it.
  5. Now take a cooking pan heat the oil then fry the chicken strips take it out in a tissue paper
  6. When the oil is absorb take it out in a serving dish and garnish with vegetables.
