Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken (Strips) 300 grams
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Worcester Sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
- White Pepper Powder ½ tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Crushed Red Chili ½ tsp
- Egg 1-2
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Rosemary ½ tsp
- White Bread or Bread Crumbs as required
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Vegetables for garnish
Method:
- Take 300 grams of chicken strips add 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- Add ½ tsp of crushed black pepper ,1/2 tsp of white pepper powder, 2 tbsp of vinegar.
- Add ½ tsp of crushed red chili powder, ½ tsp of oregano, ½ tsp of rosemary, and add to taste salt.
- Now take 1-2 eggs add as required white bread crumbs or normal bread crumbs coat it.
- Now take a cooking pan heat the oil then fry the chicken strips take it out in a tissue paper
- When the oil is absorb take it out in a serving dish and garnish with vegetables.
