Chicken Karahi Qeema

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince (hand ground)                    ½ kg
  • Tomatoes                                                            4-5
  • Green chilies                                                      8-10
  • Ginger garlic paste                                           1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter                                         ¾ cup
  • Red chili powder                                              2 tsp
  • Turmeric                                                              ½ tsp
  • Salt                                                                         to taste
  • Crushed cumin, coriander                            1-1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger (finely cut)                                           2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice                                                       1 tbsp
  • Green coriander                                               as required
  • Carom seeds                                                      ½ tsp

Method:

  1. Put finely cut tomatoes and green chilies in a pan and cook them on slow flame.
  2. When tomatoes get tender then add clarified butter
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder and turmeric then saute it.
  4. Now add mince and saute it on slow flame.
  5. Then add carom seeds, lemon juice, crushed coriander.
  6. Add cumin and green chilies and saute it more. Garnish with ginger and green coriander.
