Ingredients:
- Chicken mince (hand ground) ½ kg
- Tomatoes 4-5
- Green chilies 8-10
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Clarified butter ¾ cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Crushed cumin, coriander 1-1/2 tbsp
- Ginger (finely cut) 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Green coriander as required
- Carom seeds ½ tsp
Method:
- Put finely cut tomatoes and green chilies in a pan and cook them on slow flame.
- When tomatoes get tender then add clarified butter
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder and turmeric then saute it.
- Now add mince and saute it on slow flame.
- Then add carom seeds, lemon juice, crushed coriander.
- Add cumin and green chilies and saute it more. Garnish with ginger and green coriander.
