CHICKEN MASALA
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken ½ kg
Oil ¼ cup
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
All Spice ½ tsp
Red Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 2
Tomatoes (blended) 2
Green Chilies for garnishing
Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Method:
Heat quarter cup oil. Add chopped onion and fry till light pink.Add ginger garlic paste, chicken and all the spices and sauces. Cover and cook for 10 mins. Add blended tomatoes. Cook till chicken tender and oil comes on top. Serve garnished with green masala.
