Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onions 4
- Tomatoes 4
- Green Chilies 6
- Salt to taste
- Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 2tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
- Finely Chopped Ginger 1tbsp
- Coriander (chopped) 1tsp
- Chaat Masala 1tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- In a pan, add chicken, black pepper powder, salt and cook.
- In separate pan, heat oil add chicken and fry.
- Then add tomatoes, onions, green chilies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, coriander and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- In the end, sprinkles coriander leaves, chaat masala, finely chopped ginger and mix.
- Chicken masala is ready.
