Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Chopped onion 4
- Ginger garlic sliced 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander 2 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Chopped almonds 10
- Cardamom powder 8
- Yogurt 1 packet
- Salt to taste
- Clarified butter 1 cup
Method:
- In a bowl, take 1 kg chicken,1 cup beaten yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic chopped
- Add 1 tbsp red chili powder, 2 tbsp red chili, 2 tbsp coriander
- Add 1 tsp all spice powder and some salt.
- Mix it and marinate the chicken.
- Take some oil in the pan, add in chopped onion and fry it till it is golden brown.
- Take it off on a paper and dry it.
- Crush the onion and add it in the chicken.
- Now take some oil in the pan, and add in chicken and cook it on a low flame.
- Add in 2 cups of water and 10 chopped onion, cardamom powder
- Add black cumin powder and ½ tbsp poppy seeds.
- Cover the pan and cook it for 10 minutes on a low flame. Serve it hot with nan.
