Chicken Namkeen Karhai

Ingredients:

  • Chicken cubes                              1 kg
  • Onion                                              1 large
  • Oil                                                    ½ cup
  • Salt                                                  to taste
  • Black pepper                                1 tsp
  • Yogurt                                             2 cup
  • Green chili                                     4-6
  • Garlic chopped                            1 tbsp
  • Ginger slice                                   2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry chicken 20 minutes and remove.
  2. Then fry garlic and onion.
  3. After this chicken, salt and yogurt mix and fry 10 minutes on high flame.
  4. When yogurt water dry then green chili, ginger and black pepper mix and fry for 2 minutes and remove from flame.
