Ingredients:
- Chicken cubes 1 kg
- Onion 1 large
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Yogurt 2 cup
- Green chili 4-6
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Ginger slice 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry chicken 20 minutes and remove.
- Then fry garlic and onion.
- After this chicken, salt and yogurt mix and fry 10 minutes on high flame.
- When yogurt water dry then green chili, ginger and black pepper mix and fry for 2 minutes and remove from flame.
