Chicken Noodles By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 chicken fillets
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1tbsp chicken flour
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2tbsp white vinegar
  • 3tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 3tbsp oil
  • Noodles as required
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. Boil water in a pan.
  2. Add the noodles, with salt and 1tbso oil.
  3. When the noodles are done drain the water and put them under running cold water.
  4. Lastly add a tablespoon of oil to prevent the noodles from sticking to one another.
  5. Heat 2tbsp oil in a wok .
  6. Add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
  7. Then add the chicken and fry till the water left by the chicken dries.
  8. Add 2tbsp Soya sauce,2tbsp white vinegar,1tsp sugar,1tbsp chicken flour , and fry for 2minutes.
  9. Add the noodles and 3tbsp of ketchup Mix well .
  10. The chicken noodles are ready to serve.
