Chicken Pakoray

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken 10
  • Bread Crumbs 1 packet
  • Egg White 2
  • Chopped Green chilies 4
  • Bread Slices 6
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Rice Flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • For boiling Chicken:
  • Unpeeled Garlic 2
  • Whole Black pepper 4
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil Chicken with garlic and black pepper and soaked bread slices in a water
  2. Then chicken bread crumbs red chili powder crushed
  3. Add black pepper chopped green chilies corn flour rice flour salt and egg
  4. Now mix together and heat oil in a karahi
  5. Now deep fry till golden brown seve with tomato ketchup.
