Ingredients:
- Pan pasta 2 cups boiled
- INGREDIENTS for Chicken Layer
- Chicken breast 2 cut into small pieces
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Arrabiata sauce ¼ cup
- Marinara sauce ¼ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- INGREDIENTS for Bread Crust
- Fresh bread crumbs 2 cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Melted butter 1 tsp
- Eggs Beaten 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
- INGREDIENTS for Pasta Sauce
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 cups
- Garlic powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
- Oregano leaves 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat butter, add cream, stock and seasonings, add cream cheese, add in pasta, toast pasta, it should be saucy, spread in a greased glass baking dish.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic powder, add chicken powder and saute, add in both the sauces, cook for 5 mins, and pour over pasta layer.
- Now brush cup of chicken layer with beaten egg, sprinkle bread crumbs mix with butter, top with parmesan cheese sprinkle oregano, and bake till golden and cheese melts.
