CHICKEN PARMESAN PASTA BY SHIREEN ANWAR

Ingredients:

  • Pan pasta 2 cups boiled
  • INGREDIENTS for Chicken Layer
  • Chicken breast 2 cut into small pieces
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Arrabiata sauce ¼ cup
  • Marinara sauce ¼ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • INGREDIENTS for Bread Crust
  • Fresh bread crumbs 2 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Melted butter 1 tsp
  • Eggs Beaten 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  • INGREDIENTS for Pasta Sauce
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 cups
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp
  • Oregano leaves 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Heat butter, add cream, stock and seasonings, add cream cheese, add in pasta, toast pasta, it should be saucy, spread in a greased glass baking dish.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic powder, add chicken powder and saute, add in both the sauces, cook for 5 mins, and pour over pasta layer.
  3. Now brush cup of chicken layer with beaten egg, sprinkle bread crumbs mix with butter, top with parmesan cheese sprinkle oregano, and bake till golden and cheese melts.
