Chicken Pasanday
Ingredients:
Chicken Fillet ½ kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Onion 1
Green Cardamoms 6
Lemons 4
Mint Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
Green Chilies (chopped) 4
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tbsp
Cumin (roasted) 1 tbsp
Bihari Masala 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
• Hammer Chicken and add in 1 cup yogurt , 1 tbsp raw papaya paste, ginger garlic paste and some salt.
• Add in poppy seeds, cumin, 1 tbsp roasted grams, small cardamom and 1 tbsp black pepper and grind everything together. add it in pasanday.
• Heat some oil in the pan, add in onion and golden brown it. Then add in 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp Bihari Masala, 1 tbsp red chili and lemon juice. Cover it and cook.
• Dish it out. Garnish it with fried onion and green chilies. Serve hot with nan.
