Ingredients:
- Chicken boiled * Shredded 1 cup
- Clarified Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Onion (chopped) 1
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Eggs (beaten) 2
Method:
- Heat ghee and slightly fry chopped onions, add flour, salt, pepper, chicken and stir
- Now add ½ cup milk and cook till its thick.
- Method For patties:
- Rol out the dough 1/2 inch thick, cut with 3 inch round pastry cutter, put it on a tray, brush with beaten egg
- Then place 1 tsp full of prepared filling in each, now cover it with another piece of same size pastry dough,
- Cut it with a small size cutter and press the top to seal
- Then brush it again with beaten egg. Bake it for 20-25 min
