Ingredients:
Chicken Breast (thinly sliced) 3
Capsicum (thinly cubed) 1
Onion (chopped) 1
Mixed Herbs 1 tsp
Salt ¾ tsp
Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Garlic (crushed) 1 tsp
Penne Pasta (cooked) 2 cups
Tomato Puree 1 cup
Cheddar/Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
Sweet Corn ½ cup
Ketchup 2-3 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions with garlic, fry till light golden, add chicken then stir fry, add seasoning with tomato puree and fold it in boiled pasta with capsicum and sweet corn. Toss all well. Now spread half of this mixture in a baking dish, spread some cheese, again pasta layer topped with remaining cheese, bake it for 10-12 min till cheese melts.
