Ingredients:
- 1 Shredded chicken breast
- 1 Onion, cubed
- 2 Tomatoes, cubed
- 1tbsp Tomato purée
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper
- 200 g Cream
- 1 cup Corn
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp Flour
- ¼ bunch Parsley
- 200 g Parmesan cheese
- As required Oil
Method:
- Heat oil. Sauté the onion, add the shredded chicken, tomato, tomato purée and salt and pepper.
- Add the cream and place it in a baking dish. Mash the corn with the milk and the flour.
- In a pan, brown the onion with the butter and combine with the corn mixture.
- Season with salt and add the parsley.
- Mix until creamy.
- Place on top of the chicken, cover with parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 15 min.
