Chicken Red Curry

Ingredients:

 

  • Boneless chicken          ½ kg
  • Tomatoes (chopped)   250gm
  • Tomato ketchup          ½ cup
  • Green chilies                 2tbsp
  • Salt                                ½ tsp
  • Turmeric                       ½ tsp
  • Cumin (roasted)           2tsp
  • Ginger / garlic              2tsp
  • Coriander                      ½ bunch
  • Red food color              few drops
  • Onion seeds                  ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice                  1tbsp
  • Oil                                  ½ cup

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil add ginger garlic & chicken roast it on high flame
  2. Now add tomatoes , turmeric , roasted cumin and onion seed cover & cook
  3. When tomatoes tender add tomato ketchup , green chilies , lemon juice
  4. Add food color and salt then serve with coriander and green chilies .
