CHICKEN ROLLY POLLY Recipe by Rida Aftab in Tarka

Ingredients:
Chicken  Pasanday             ½ kg
Yogurt                      1 cup
Tomatoes Paste                 4 tbsp
Salt                     ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder               1 tsp
Finely Chopped Green Chilies            2 tbsp
For Chicken Fillin             ½ cup
Cumin Seeds                 1 tsp
Chaat Masala                  2 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves       2tbsp
Finely Chopped Onion              1
Oil                     ½ cup

Method:
•    Roll into chicken on a rolling board.
•    In a bowl, add cumin seeds, chaat masala,cottage cheese, finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped onion and mix well.
•    Now fill it masala in pasanday and roll add toothpick.
•    In a pan, heat oil and fry when they color change add yogurt, tomato paste, black pepper powder, salt and mix.
•    In the end, add finely chopped green chilies and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
•    Delicious rolly polly is ready.
