Ingredients:
- Chicken 500 gm
- Onion 1
- Green chili 4
- Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
- Butter ½ cup
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Whole red chilies 10-12
- Mustard greens boiled ½ kg
- Spinach boiled ½ kg
- Fenugreek leaves (boiled) 1 cup
- Ginger finely chopped 2 tbsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- maize flour 1 tbsp
- ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and butter.
- Add onion , garlic, green chilies and whole red chilies fry well.
- When it brown add chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili, turmeric and yogurt fry well.
- When it done add Mustard greens, Spinach and Fenugreek leaves cook well.
- Add ½ cup of water, milk , maize flour simmer for ½ hour.
- Dish out garnish with finely chopped ginger serve.
