Ingredients
Boneless Chicken ½ kg
Garlic Cloves 3-4 cloves
Yogurt ½ cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Barbeque Masala 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
For Filling
Pickled Cucumber ½ cup
Pickled Chili ½ cup
Pita Bread 4
Cucumber 1
Onion 1
Tomatoes 1
Lettuce Leaves 3-4
Olive Slice 1 cup
Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
Method
For chicken : Take ½ kg of boneless chicken (finely sliced), cut it. take a cooking pan add as required chicken slices, add 3-4 cloves of garlic and fry. Now add ½ cup of yogurt, 2 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, add to taste salt and 2 tbsp of barbeque masala, mix it well and slightly fry then take it out in a plate and let it cool down. Now chicken is ready. For Salad: take 1 tomato, 1 cucumber cut into thin slices. Take 3-4 lettuce leaves finely chopped it and add it into a big bowl then add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil, add ½ of pickled cucumber, ½ cup of pickled chili mix it well. Now salad is ready. For Pita Filling: take a cooking pan add 4 pit a bread and toasted slightly then open up the pockets add chicken mixture, sauce, 1 cup of slice olives and 1 cup of salad mix it well. Now chicken shawarma is ready.
