Ingredients:
- ½ kg chicken mince
- 2 bread slices
- 2 tbsp yogurt cream
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped kashmiri chilies
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp all spice powder
- 1 bunch chopped coriander
- 3 green chilies
- 2 lemons
- 1 egg
- Salt as required
Mint chutney:
- 1 bunch mint leaves
- 6 green chilies
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp white cumin
- Salt as required
Method:
- Take a bunch mint leaves, 4 chopped garlic and 1 tsp cumin and grind it.
- Add in salt.
- Cook it.
- Grind together chicken mince and bread slices chop them.
- Chopped kashmiri mirch, chopped green chilies, a bunch green coriander, salt. Coriander, all spice powder and an egg.
- Mix it. Make kabab and fry them.
- Grease the baking tray and bake the kabab.
- Brush butter on them and serve.
