Ingredients:
- boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
- garlic paste 1 tsp
- salt ½ tsp
- black pepper ½ tsp
- soya sauce 2 tbsp
- oregano 1 tsp
- chili powder 1 tsp
- baking powder ½ tsp
- crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- ingredients for coating
- flour ½ cup
- corn flour ½ cup
- egg 1
- water ¼ cup
- salt and pepper ¼ tsp each
- ingredients for mushroom cream sauce
- butter 2 ounce
- crushed garlic 1 tsp
- chopped mushrooms 6
- cream 200 gm
- salt and pepper ½ tsp each
- chicken powder ½ tsp
- finely chopped parsley to serve
Method:
- Marinate chicken cubes with all the given ingredients
- Put on wooden skewers, make batter with flour, corn flour, egg, salt and pepper, and water as required.
- Coat sticks in batter
- Fry with chicken skewers until golden, make sauce in a sauce pan while heating butter, fry garlic
- Add mushrooms and cream, season with salt pepper, chicken powder, and cook till thick
- Pour over chicken sticks in the platter.
- serve garnish with chopped parsley.
