Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients :
Chicken Boneless (cut in strips) ½ kg
Onion Cubed 1
Tomato, (deseeded and cubed) 1
Capsicum (deseeded and cubed) 1
Onion Chopped 1
Garlic 12 cloves
Green Chilies 4 – 5
Soya Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Rice or Boiled Noodles to serve
Method :
Make a paste of garlic, chopped onion & green chillies. Marinate chicken with the ground paste, salt, soya sauce and vinegar. Heat oil, add the marinated chicken stir fry on high heat and then once the chicken is done add in cubed tomato, capsicum and onion. Toss well and serve with rice or boiled noodles.
