Chicken Stuffed Omelette

Ingredients:

  • Oil                                           1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds                           ½ tsp
  • Onions                                    ½ cup
  • Capsicum (sliced)                   1
  • Green Chili (sliced)                1
  • Tomato (chopped)                 1
  • Ginger garlic Paste                1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder                   1 tbsp
  • Salt                                          to taste
  • Chicken Breast (finely sliced)         1 cup
  • Coriander Leaves                             1 tbsp
  • Eggs                                                  3

 

Method:

  1. Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds in it, fry until seeds starts popping
  2. Then add onions and sauté them.
  3. Now add sliced chicken along with ginger garlic paste and fry on high flame until chicken is properly done
  4. Now add salt, chili powder, capsicum and tomatoes.
  5. Mix well. Lastly add coriander leaves and keep this mixture aside.
  6. Take another pan and heat 2 tbsp oil.
  7. Beat eggs with salt and add these beaten eggs in the pan
  8. Now  spread the chicken mixture on the egg , gradually
  9. When the egg starts cooking gently fold it over the mixture and transfer to the serving plate .
