Ingredients:
- Unpeeled Potatoes (boiled) ½ kg
- Chicken Breast (julienned) 2
- Cream 1 packet
- Milk ½ cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Red Peppper (crushed) ½ tsp heaped
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Onions 1 tbsp heaped
- Chicken Powder 1 tsp heaped
- Parsely (chopped)/Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Mushroom (sliced) 4
Method:
- Boil potatoes with it’s skin, scoop out a chunk from top and bottom, leaving hollow space in each potato.
- Heat oil, add chopped onions, sauté.
- Now add garlic with chicken, mushrooms, cream, milk and rest of the seasonings Fry well and cook till mixture thickens.
- Remove the chicken sauce and pour it in the hollow potatoes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve
