CHICKEN SUBZI MASALA
Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg
Green Peas 1 cup
Capsicums 1 cup
Carrots 1 cup
Spring Onions 250 gms
Yogurt 250 gms
Crushed Red Chilies 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
Whole Coriander 2tsp
Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Method:
• In a pan, heat oil add ginger garlic add chicken and fry on high flame.
• Chicken change the color add green peas,capsicums,carrots, spring onions, cook on high flame.
• After this, in a blender add yogurt, crushed red chilies, turmeric powder, salt, fennel seeds, whole coriander, nigella seeds, cumin seeds blended well.
• Now add in chicken and cover it for 10 minutes, cook on high flame.
• When oil surfaces, removes from the stove.
