Chicken Teriyaki Recipe by Shireen Anwar

Chicken Teriyaki by Shireen Anwar recipe is being revealed at live cooking program “Masala Mornings” only on Masala TV.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken Breast 2 flattened
  • Marinate with garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ingredients for batter:
  • Flour 3 tbsp heaved
  • Egg 1
  • Chili powder ¼ tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ingredients for sauce:
  • Onion chopped 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Suree sweet sauce 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • French fries to serve

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken for 30 mins.
  2. Dip in prepared batter.
  3. Deep fry keep aside.
  4. Prepare sauce and spread over fried breast serve with French fries.

Method for sauce:

  1. Heat oil; fry chopped onion for 2 mins.
  2. Add all the sauces.
  3. Cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  4. Pour on top of fried chicken and serve.
