Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Water ½ cup
  • Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • White Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with all above for 4 hours
  2. Put on skewers and BBQ, brushing with ghee
  3. Bake them in to pre heated oven, for 40 mins on 180 D
  4. 20 mins on each side remove and give dum of coal.
