Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Water ½ cup
- Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- White Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken pieces with all above for 4 hours
- Put on skewers and BBQ, brushing with ghee
- Bake them in to pre heated oven, for 40 mins on 180 D
- 20 mins on each side remove and give dum of coal.
