Chicken Tikka Discs Recipe By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Tikka Meat (shredded) 2 cups
  • Bread Slices 6
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 2 tsp
  • Semolina 5 tbsp heaped
  • Cottage Cheese (grated) half cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red Pepper (crushed) 1 ½ tsp
  • Coriander Leave (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala half tsp
  • Chaat masala half tsp
  • Garlic Paste half tsp
  • Sambal Oeleak 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Soak bread slices in water for 30 sec.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together with the bread and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into small balls.
  4. Flatten like kababs and fry.
