CHICKEN TIKKA KARHAI BY SHIREEN ANWAR

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1kg 16 pcs
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 250 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp44green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt 1tsp heaped
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Onion 2 boiled and blended
  • Coal
  • Chopped green chilies 4

Method:

  1. Heat oil add boiled and blended onion, with whole tomatoes cook for 10mins.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste green chili paste remove peel from tomatoes add yogurt chili powder salt turmeric and chicken cook for 10mins add ½ cup water all spice cover n cook till chicken tender lasty add green chilies give dum with coal.
