Ingredients for Paratha:
- Flour 2 cups
- Whole Wheat 1 cup
- Semolina 2 tbsp
- Clarified Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Luke warm water as required
Ingredients for filling:
- Chicken julienne half kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
- Shan Tikka Masala 1 packet
- Tamarind Chutney half cup
- Onion Rings for filling
- Mint Leaves for filling
Method for chicken:
- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 1 hour pan fry in 2 tbsp oil till done give Dum of coal prepared parathas fill with chicken chatni onion and mint.
- Fold and refold in butter paper serve immediately.
Method for paratha:
- Knead the dough leave to rest for 30 mins.
- Make into parathas shallow fry fill with filling and serve.
