Chicken Tikka Pizza

Ingredients:

  • For the dough:
  • Refined flour                                3 cup
  • Sugar                                               1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil                                                    3 tsp
  • Salt                                                  1 tsp
  • Yeast                                               1-1/2 tsp
  • Bread improver                           1 tsp
  • Egg                                                   1
  • For the tikka meat:
  • Chicken boneless cubes           375 grams
  • Oil                                                     6 tbsp
  • For the tikka masala:
  • Red chili powder                         1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder                                        1 tsp
  • Talhar chili powder                    1 tbsp
  • Salt                                                  1 tsp
  • Ginger powder                            1 tsp
  • Citric acid                                       1 pinch
  • Coal                                                          1 piece
  • For the tomato sauce:
  • Tomato puree                              1-1/2 cup
  • Tomato chopped                        3
  • Onion slice                                    1 small
  • Garlic chopped                            1 tbsp
  • Sugar                                               1 tbsp
  • Salt                                                  1 tsp
  • Oil                                                    6 tbsp
  • Oregano                                        1 tsp
  • Thyme                                             ½ tsp
  • Basil                                                 ½ tsp
  • Coal                                                          1 piece
  • Onion slice                                    1 large
  • Cheddar cheese                           1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese                     1-1/2 cup
  • Baking temperature                  220 0C
  • Baking time                                   25 to 30 minutes

Method:

  1. For making chicken ,chicken tikka masala and oil mix and do smoke flavor and marinate for 2 hours now in a pan heat oil
  2. Add chicken and cook on high flame 8 to 10 minutes then remove and cool it .
  3. All dough ingredients well knead and covered it then keep a side then check with pinch and again cover it and leave for rise.
  4. Now in bowl heat oil add garlic and fry 1 mint then add tomato, tomato puree, thyme.
  5. Add basil, oregano and salt add and fry in 1 mint then sugar and 4 cup of water add and cook till boil then flame slow and cook for 12 to 20 minutes .
  6. Then these sauces grind it and keep a side and roll the dough and cover it and leave for 10 minutes.
  7. After this on top spread the pizza sauce and bake for 4 minutes then remove
  8. Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chicken and onion and further bake for 15 to 20 minutes then remove and serve.
