Chicken White Boneless Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Boneless (cubes)           1/2 kg
  • Ginger Paste                             1 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste                        1/2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes                            1cup
  • Salt                                       to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder                1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder        1 tsp
  • Cream                                  1 cup
  • oil                                          1/4 cup
  • Green Chillies for garnishing
  • Coriander  Leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste
  2. Add Chicken cubes and spices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame
  3. Add blended tomatoes.  Cover the pan and let it cook till chicken is done and oil starts to float.
  4. Add 1 cup cream and cook for one minute then remove the pan from heat.
  5. Garnish with green chillies and coriander while serving
