Chicken Wings in Cream Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
Chicken wings (cut from center into 2) half kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Dry Flour to roll
Ingredients for cream cheese sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar quarter cup
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Cream Cheese 2 tbsp
Method for wings:
Marinate wings with given ingredients, roll in dry flour deep fry till golden and crisp
Method for sauce:
Heat oil add in all the remaining ingredient, cook for 5 min toil thick. Toss with the wings in cream cheese sauce. Cook till coated. Serve garnish with coriander leafs.
