Ingredients:
- Chicken Wings 8
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Garlic Paste ½ tsp
- Cornflour ½ cup
- Egg 1
- Oil as required
Ingredients Of Hot Sauce:
- Hot Chili Sauce 4 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice 3 tbsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Tomato Paste 4 tbsp
- Green Chilies Paste 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
Ingredients Of Rice:
- Rice (soaked) ½ kg
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Green Chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Spring Onion 1 cup
- Garlic 1tsp
- Water 2 cup
METHOD:
- Marinate chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, corn flour, egg and leave it half an hour.
- In a pan, heat oil and fry.
- For making hot sauce, in separate heat butter add chopped garlic and fry.
- When aroma comes, add lemon juice, hot chili sauce, tomato paste, green chili paste, salt and cook for 1 minute.
- Then add finely chopped garlic and mix.
