Chicken Yakhni by Tahir Chaudhary

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Wings 400 gm
  • Carrots (Medium) 1
  • Onion/Spring Onion 1
  • Turnips 1
  • Garlic Cloves 2-3
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ¼ tsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Cinnamon Stick 1
  • Taara Garam Masala ¼ tsp
  • Water 1 liter

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients in the water including chicken and boil about 1-2 hours on low flame.
  2. Remove fat from surface time to time with a slotted spoon.
  3. Then strain and remove chicken and vegetables.
  4. Now add salt and black pepper.
  5. Serve hot.
