Ingredients:
- Chicken Wings 400 gm
- Carrots (Medium) 1
- Onion/Spring Onion 1
- Turnips 1
- Garlic Cloves 2-3
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ¼ tsp
- Salt To taste
- Cinnamon Stick 1
- Taara Garam Masala ¼ tsp
- Water 1 liter
Method:
- Add all ingredients in the water including chicken and boil about 1-2 hours on low flame.
- Remove fat from surface time to time with a slotted spoon.
- Then strain and remove chicken and vegetables.
- Now add salt and black pepper.
- Serve hot.
