Ingredients:
- Boiled chickpeas 3 cup
- Cucumber 1
- Tomatoes 3-4
- Dill as required
- Cottage cheese 1 cup
- Onion 1
- For dressing:
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cumin powder ¾ tsp
Method:
- Mix boiled chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes
- Add soya and cottage cheese in a bowl well.
- Now mix all ingredients of dressing and add in the mixture, let it cool down and serve.
