Chili Bean Pasta By Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Ridged Elbow (boiled) 1 packet
  • Red Beans (boiled) 250 gms
  • Tomatoes 250 gms
  • Onions 2
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Turmeric Powder 1tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds (crushed) 2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp

 

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil add onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and fry.
  2. Now add fried onion.
  3. After this,add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, crushed cumin seeds and fry.
  4. Then add boiled red beans.
  5. After this, add water and let it cook for 20 minutes, removes from the stove.
  6. Sprinkle coriander leaves,and finely chopped ginger.
  7. Delicious Chili Bean Pasta is ready.
