Ingredients:
- Ridged Elbow (boiled) 1 packet
- Red Beans (boiled) 250 gms
- Tomatoes 250 gms
- Onions 2
- Green Chilies 6
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Oil ½ cup
- Turmeric Powder 1tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds (crushed) 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil add onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and fry.
- Now add fried onion.
- After this,add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, crushed cumin seeds and fry.
- Then add boiled red beans.
- After this, add water and let it cook for 20 minutes, removes from the stove.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves,and finely chopped ginger.
- Delicious Chili Bean Pasta is ready.
