Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken½ kg
- Lady Fingers½ kg
- Green Chilies 12
- Ginger Garlic1tbsp
- Tomatoes250 gm
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red Chili½ tsp
- Tamarind Paste½ cup
- Roasted Cumin2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Oil½ cup
Method:
- Cut the top and bottom part of the lady fingers. Also cut the green chilies into halves.
- Take some oil in the pan, add in chopped onion. Fry it. Add in ginger garlic paste, ½ kg boneless chicken. 1 tsp red chili. 1 tsp salt. 1 tsp turmeric,2 tsp cumin and chopped tomatoes and cook it for 10 minutes. When the chicken tenders add in green chilies, lady fingers and ½ cup tamarind paste.
- Chili Chicken Bhindi is ready to serve.
