CHILI CHICKEN BHINDI

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken½ kg
  • Lady Fingers½ kg
  • Green Chilies 12
  • Ginger Garlic1tbsp
  • Tomatoes250 gm 
  • Salt    to taste
  • Turmeric    1 tsp
  • Red Chili½ tsp
  • Tamarind Paste½ cup
  • Roasted Cumin2 tsp
  • Onion     1
  • Oil½ cup

Method:

  1. Cut the top and bottom part of the lady fingers. Also cut the green chilies into halves.
  2. Take some oil in the pan, add in chopped onion. Fry it. Add in ginger garlic paste, ½ kg boneless chicken. 1 tsp red chili. 1 tsp salt. 1 tsp turmeric,2 tsp cumin and chopped tomatoes and cook it for 10 minutes. When the chicken tenders add in green chilies, lady fingers and ½ cup tamarind paste.
  3. Chili Chicken Bhindi is ready to serve.
